Controls around the programme

AxiomePayments merchant accounts are activated after review. This page describes how the public site, the merchant workspace, and the processing environment are separated — without claiming licences we do not hold.

Account approval and KYB

Live processing starts after KYB. We review the business, the people behind it, and the activity you intend to run. That work happens on the processing platform, not on this marketing website.

Operational controls

After approval, merchants operate from a dashboard: payments, payment links, webhooks, API keys, and settlement state. Access to that workspace is separate from this website. We do not publish uptime SLAs, approval rates, or fraud guarantees here.

Data handling principles

Card data is handled by third-party processors. This site collects only the business contact fields on the intake forms so we can review fit. We do not ask for identity documents, bank statements, or cardholder data on these pages.

Intake submissions are emailed to support@axiomepayments.com so the team can reply. They are not used for advertising, and this site does not run analytics trackers.

API credential handling

Live API keys are issued in the merchant dashboard after approval. Store them on your server. Never in frontend code, mobile binaries, or this website. Webhooks are signed; verify signatures on your side before you trust an event.

Merchant dashboard security practices

The merchant dashboard is a separate host. Use Merchant Login for day-to-day operations after you have been invited. Treat session access like production access: named users, no shared inboxes for live keys, and rotation if a secret leaks.

Marketing site versus processing environment

This website is a public presence for the AxiomePayments programme. It is isolated from payment APIs, merchant credentials, and internal admin hosts. It does not process payments.

Monitoring and review context

Monitoring and sanctions screening sit on the processing platform as part of the operator’s programme. That is an operational control, not a government endorsement, and not a payment-institution or EMI licence.

Company registration, what we do not claim, and the legal entity behind the brand are on the legal notice.
