AxiomePayments

A merchant programme built around the business, not a template

AxiomePayments is for companies that need card and wallet acceptance with a reviewed path to go-live — and for the PSPs, introducers, and distribution partners who bring those merchants to us.

Who this is for

We work with merchants who already know how they sell, where they sell, and how they want to take payment. Typical profiles include established ecommerce, travel and services businesses, and operators who need hosted checkout, payment links, an embedded iFrame, or a server-side API — with onboarding that follows the merchant profile rather than a self-serve checklist.

Fit depends on product, geography, volume shape, and the current operational programme. The public form is how that conversation starts. It is not a guarantee of approval.

Typical merchant journey

  1. Brief

Share the company, markets, methods, and integration you want. We use it to see whether AxiomePayments can support the flow.

  2. Review

We look at commercial fit, geography, and how you want to integrate. You hear back with a clear next step — or a clear no.

  3. KYB

Identity, activity, and risk are reviewed on the processing platform. Documents are collected there, not on this website.

  4. Integrate

Hosted checkout, payment links, iFrame, or API. Sandbox access is issued after the account is ready for technical work.

  5. Go live

Customers pay with the methods enabled for the account. Settlement follows the merchant agreement, visible in the workspace after activation.

Integration options

Approval and KYB

Merchant accounts are activated after KYB. We review the business, the people behind it, and the activity you intend to process. Monitoring and sanctions screening sit on the processing platform as part of the operator’s programme — not as a government endorsement, and not as a licence claim.

Card data is handled by third-party processors. This marketing website never sees it, and it never issues live API secrets.

What happens after approval

You work from the merchant dashboard: payments, links, webhooks, API keys, and settlement state. Destination and timing for payouts are set in the merchant agreement — not as a public timetable on this site.

PSPs, introducers, and distribution partners

AxiomePayments is also open to working with payment service providers, payment gateways, introducers, resellers, white-label / distribution partners, and gateway partners. You introduce merchants; we review fit, complete KYB, and take approved businesses live.

Partner economics are agreed privately after approval, in the agent workspace. They are not published here.

Questions merchants actually ask

Is the public form the full application?
No. It is a qualification brief so we can see whether the flow fits. KYB documents are collected later, in the dashboard, only if we proceed.
Do you publish rates or settlement times?
No. Commercial terms and payout timing are set in the merchant agreement after review. This site does not carry MDR tables or public SLAs.
I am a PSP or reseller, not a merchant.
Use the partner / PSP intake. The merchant form is for businesses that want to accept payments themselves.

Start with the merchant brief
